Jackie is a freelance writer specializing in the Las Vegas entertainment and travel scene. Her writings appear in magazines and newspapers all over the country including Albuquerque, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, Orange County, Ventura and Los Angeles.

Jackie also worked as Director of Entertainment & Marketing for the Sahara Hotel & Casino. In her recent past, she was instrumental in getting the Motorsports Division for the Nevada Commission on Tourism into full swing; a Las Vegas office which she originally opened in September 1997. Jackie is well known through her previous position as the Domestic Tour and Travel Manager promoting group travel. Her involvement with the motorcoach industry had her participating for the past nine years on the American Bus Association's national education sub-committees.

Jackie's efforts have been recognized with several awards including the Woman of Achievement in Tourism by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

Ten years in publicity, public relations and advertising in numerous Las Vegas hotel / casinos makes Jackie's columns insightful, witty, informative and a welcome addition to the Las Vegas Leisure Guide.
